1. Booking and payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your place. The remaining 50% is charged automatically to the same card 14 days after the deposit, unless cancelled beforehand via the link in your confirmation email.
2. Cancellation and refunds
Week 1 is a commitment-free taster — if you withdraw after the first day, the balance charge will be cancelled and the deposit refunded in full, less any non-recoverable third-party costs. After Week 1, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Photo and video consent
Your responses to the consent questions in the application form govern how images of your child may be used.
4. Health, safety and emergency care
Gridless follows standard safeguarding practice. If we cannot reach you or your emergency contact, staff may seek emergency medical treatment in line with the consent you gave on the application form.
